Powering Automotive Advancements with High-Performance Testing Technology --Unveiling ITECH’s Automotive Test Innovations at the 2025 Automotive Testing Expo

ITECH Electronics wrapped up a successful showing at the Automotive Testing Expo, held from May 21–23, 2025, in Stuttgart, Germany. As one of the premier global trade shows for automotive testing and validation technologies, the event brought together industry professionals from across Europe and beyond to explore cutting-edge solutions shaping the future of mobility.

 At Hall 10, Booth 1430, ITECH presented its comprehensive testing solutions that span the entire EV value chain—from EV battery, powertrains to automotive electronic components and EV SE. Designed to meet the growing testing demand, ITECH’s solutions address the challenges faced by modern automotive developers in achieving energy efficiency, precision, and scalability.

 

The spotlight was on three key products:

 IT6600C Bidirectional DC power supply – Featuring an independent dual-channel design, a 3U height single unit can output 21kW in each channel. And it can reach maximum power 42kW after the two channels are connected in series/parallel. It can be used as a power supply and an electronic load at the same time and test 2 DUTs synchronously. IT6600C series brings you a new experience during the high-power complex testing in the fields of automobiles, energy storage, industry, green energy and so on and provides strong support for R&D, verification, production, etc.

 

 IT2700 multi-channel modular power system – 1U main frame can include up to 8 modules (200W each) or 4 modules (500W each). Different modules can be grouped and synchronized. The modules could be bidirectional DC power supplies, DC power supplies or regenerative loads. And they can be connected with each other in parallel. It can be widely used in ATE integration in R&D, design verification and manufacturing of DC-DC converter, communication power semiconductors, 3C products, like smartphone, PCBA, battery simulation and test, chips BMS chips etc.

 

 IT-M3900C regenerative bidirectional DC power supply – It is not only a stand-alone bidirectional DC power supply but also can be used as a regenerative electronic load. IT-M3900C provides high accuracy output measurement, high reliability, high safety, and abundant measurement functions. Which makes IT-M3900 meet customers' high accuracy automatic ATE testing requirements, while extensively used in aspects of automotive electronics, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage, intelligent industrial equipment, battery simulation, etc.

 

Throughout the three-day exhibition, ITECH’s booth attracted strong attention from engineers, Tier 1 suppliers, and OEMs seeking space-saving, regenerative testing solutions for electric and intelligent vehicle systems. Visitors were particularly interested in ITECH’s ability to deliver modular and scalable solutions for complete EV testing workflows—from R&D to end-of-line production.

 

The event also provided an excellent opportunity to connect with global partners, gain insights into emerging industry trends, and reinforce ITECH’s role as a trusted provider of advanced power electronics test technologies.
